At TEND, each bonsai is offered as a unique, living work shaped over time by the artist. No two trees are the same, and each piece reflects years of cultivation, care, and intention.

For this reason, all bonsai sales are final.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on bonsai once a purchase has been completed. As living works, bonsai continue to evolve naturally, and subtle changes over time are part of their character and life.

We encourage all collectors to review the work carefully and to reach out with any questions prior to acquisition. Additional details, images, or clarification can be provided on request to ensure confidence and understanding before purchase.

In the rare event of damage occurring during transit, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt so the matter can be assessed.
