Shipping Policy

Due to the living nature of bonsai, shipping is handled with care and consideration for the wellbeing of each tree.

At this time, shipping is available only within Melbourne and surrounding suburbs. We do not offer shipping outside of the Melbourne metropolitan area.

This limitation allows us to ensure that each bonsai is transported responsibly, with minimal stress and appropriate handling. Long-distance or interstate shipping is not suitable for these works and is therefore not offered.

Delivery or collection details are confirmed at the time of purchase or discussed directly where needed. In some cases, local pickup may be recommended to ensure the safest transition of the tree.
